Visa to Sudan:

When a contract is signed with a teacher ,the teacher is required to send a scanned copy of his passport . The school will apply for his visa and get the approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affaires and a reference number will be issued for the visa. The Ministry of Foreign Affaires will send the visa along with the reference number to the Sudanese Embassy in the country from which the teacher is coming to Sudan. This process may take up to one week from the date of on which the school received the scanned copy of the teacher's passport.

The school will send the visa reference number to the teacher and he has to follow the procedures of getting his passport stamped.

If the teacher is coming from a country where there is no Sudanese Embassy, then an Entry Permit Through Airport will be issued to him and the school will provide him with a scanned copy of the permit just to show to the airlines if required.

Visa Expenses: The school will pay all expenses related to the obtaining and renewal of visas and work permits. The school will also pay for a residence permit for the teacher after the probationary period. Residence permits or visas for any family members will be the responsibility of the teacher.

You will be PAID for visa fees and courier charge immediately after your arrival.
