Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the
date of entry into the Sudan.
One (1) filled out application form. (Photocopies may be
made of the form). Download Visa application
Two (2) passport sized photograph.
Visa application forms must be signed by the applicant.
Note:
Applicant's sending their applications by mail are REQUIRED
to furnish the Embassy with a Return envelope
(postage/shipment paid by the applicant) using one of the
services listed below. Failure to send one may cause delay
in the return of the passport(s).
All fees are payable by Cash, Money Order or Cashier's Check
ONLY!!!
